We had a wonderful experience with Best Cars. When we arrived, they had a power outage and didn’t have the 9 seater car we booked, however their handling of the situation showed their commitment to their customers. They muscled through the check in process despite having no power, and arranged a luggage service to take our bags since our car was going to be smaller than originally planned.
